What Is It?

Psychosynthesis finds its foundation in the "perception of the immanent light in the human soul and in all of creation" as taught by its founder, Roberto Assagioli. For over 100 years this basic insight and wisdom has guided this transpersonal psychology.

Our Transformational Life Coach Training program combines the holistic approach of Psychosynthesis to ways of living fully and with Purpose to the structure and dynamism of coaching. This combination provides a powerful and proven effective pathway for personal development and growth.

Program Outline

ACSTH / Apprived Coach Specific Training Hours
ICF Continuing Coach Education / CCE

The entire course, an ICF-approved coach-specific training hours (ACSTH) program, consists of 2 levels of 80 hours each, for a total of 160 hours of classroom, co-coaching, and supervision.

The first “Practitioner” level, consisting of 5 study modules, lays the foundation, introducing the tools and methodologies of Psychosynthesis in a coaching context built on the 11 Core Competencies of the International Coach Federation. Students begin coaching practice starting from the first module.

The 5 modules in the second, Master level deepen the student’s skills at applying Psychosynthesis to Transformational Life Coaching, and introduce integrated toolkits derived from other disciplines including Ecopsychology, Psychoenergetics, Neural Linguistic Programming, and more.

Classroom time consists of 60 hours per level. Students may proceed at their own pace participating in their choice of weekly 1-hour sessions on-line via videoconference. The revolving structure of the sessions enable participants to propose topics relevant to their level of study, as well as to participate in sessions with more advanced students or re-examine topics already covered.

Each level earns 60 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits applicable toward renewal of ICF or other coaching / counseling credentials.

Home study is supported by on-demand webinars providing additional insights into key elements of Psychosynthesis Life Coaching within the ICF framework.

Participants must complete 15 hours of co-coaching practice per level for a total of 30 hours, beginning right away with module 1. This work also provides the minimum number of coaching hours required for registering with professional associations.

The course also includes 10 hours of coaching supervision- a key component towards professional registration.

Completion of both levels of the full 160-hour program leads to certification as a Psychosynthesis Life Coach.

For those working in the helping professions in other disciplines and for professional coaches who want to expand their toolkit with the transpersonal methodology of Psychosynthesis, as well as Psychosynthesis practitioners who wish to enhance their practice with the practical tools of coaching, we offer a program consisting of 80 hours of theoretical and practical training online, leading to certification in PLC Coaching Skills. Participants in this pathway are awarded 60 CCE credits.

Those interested in accumulating CCE credits without attaining PLC certification can register and attend sessions in either one of the two levels if prerequisites are met. For more information contact us directly.
