What Is It?

Psychosynthesis finds its foundation in the "perception of the immanent light in the human soul and in all of creation" as taught by its founder, Roberto Assagioli. For over 100 years this basic insight and wisdom has guided this Transpersonal Psychology.

Our Transformational Life Coach Training programs combines the holistic approach of Psychosynthesis to ways of living fully and with Purpose to the structure and dynamism of coaching. This combination provides a powerful and proven effective Transformational and Transpersonal pathway for personal development and growth.

Program Outline

ACSTH / Apprived Coach Specific Training Hours
ICF Continuing Coach Education / CCE

The program consists of two levels of certification.

The first “Practitioner”PLC level, consisting of 5 study modules, lays the foundation, introducing the tools and methodologies of Psychosynthesis in a coaching context built on the 11 Core Competencies of the International Coach Federation. Students begin coaching practice starting from the first module, and graduate with a solid grounding in both Psychosynthesis and ICF Coaching Core Competencies. Graduates earn a certificate in Psychosynthesis Life Coaching, PLC Practitioner and have both the course hours and CCE credits necessary to apply for ICF ACC credentialing: 60 hours of classroom, 15 hours of peer coaching and 5 hours of supervision for a total of 80 hours. This level can take as little as 4 months to complete, depending on student focus and participation in the online sessions.

The 5 modules in the second PLC Advanced Practitioner level deepen the student’s skills at applying Psychosynthesis to Transformational Life Coaching, and introduce integrated toolkits derived from other disciplines including Ecopsychology, Resilience, Neural Linguistic Programming, Vedic Wisdom Tradition and more. Completing this level provides the student with the prerequisites for ICF PCC credentialing, provided all other requirements (coaching hours, mentoring) are met.

Classroom time consists of 60 hours in the Practitioner program and 125 hours at the Advanced level. In addition, students complete 15 hours of peer coaching and 5 hours of PCC-level supervision, for a total of 80 hours at the Practitioner level and 160 in the Advanced program. Students may proceed at their own pace participating in their choice of multiple weekly 1-hour sessions on-line via videoconference. The revolving structure of the sessions enable participants to propose topics relevant to their level of study, as well as to participate in sessions with more advanced students or re-examine topics already covered.

The Practitioner level earns 60 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits applicable toward renewal of ICF or other coaching / counseling credentials. Students moving onward through the Advanced program will earn 120 CCEs.

Home study is supported by on-demand webinars providing additional insights into key elements of Psychosynthesis Life Coaching and other coaching skills within the ICF framework.

Graduates from the 80 hour Practitioner program are professionally qualified as Psychosynthesis Life Coach, PLC Practitioners. Graduates from the 160 hour Advanced program are qualified as Psychosynthesis Life Coach, PLC Advanced Practitioner.

Those interested in accumulating CCE credits without attaining full certification can register and attend sessions in either one of the two levels if prerequisites are met. For more information contact us directly.
