What Is It?

Psychosynthesis finds its foundation in the "perception of the immanent light in the human soul and in all of creation" as taught by its founder, Roberto Assagioli. For over 100 years this basic insight and wisdom has guided this transpersonal psychology.

Our Transformational Life Coach Training program combines the holistic approach to ways of living fully and with Purpose of Psychosynthesis to the structure and dynamism of coaching. This combination provides a powerful and proven effective pathway for personal development and growth.

Program Outline

ACSTH / Apprived Coach Specific Training Hours
ICF Continuing Coach Education / CCE

The entire course, an ICF-approved coach-specific training hours (ACSTH) program, consists of 2 levels of 80 hours each, for a total of 160 hours of classroom, co-coaching, and supervision. Completion of the program leads to certification as a Psychosynthesis Life Coach.

Classroom time consists of 60 hours per level: 20 hours on-line via videoconference and 5 sessions of 8 hours each at the Synthesis Coaching classrooms in Milan. Each level earns 60 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits applicable toward renewal of ICF or other coaching / counseling credentials.

Participants must complete 15 hours of co-coaching practice per level for a total of 30 hours. This work also provides the minimum number of coaching hours required for registering with professional associations.

The course also includes 10 hours of coaching supervision- a key component towards professional registration.

Those interested in accumulating CCE credits without become a Certified PLC, can register and attend even one of the two levels.
