Designed following the principles outlined by Roberto Assagioli, particularly in his book published in 1973 The Act of Will, and inspired by R. Buckminster Fuller—an innovator in global thinking and the originator of the systemic theory of "Tensegrity", this Advanced Training program is designed to prepare Expert Trainers in Psychosynthetic Coaching Methodology, through an approach that synthesizes Eastern and Western concepts. This program provides the necessary coach-specific training requirements to proceed with Portfolio Path international accreditation with both the ICF and EMCC, once the mentoring, supervision and coaching hours prerequisites have been completed.

What is it?
A multidimensional and integrated pathway:
The program explores and contextualizes the three psychological levels- prepersonal, personal and transpersonal- postulated by Psychosynthesis within a coaching framework. The program is an immersive experience, using psychosynthetic maps such as the Egg Diagram and the Star Diagram of Psychological Functions in a unique and novel way, developed based on extensive and grounded experience in psychosynthetic practice and research.
Each stage integrates theory and practice to develop a systemic, dynamic and inclusive perspective, recognizing the importance of the impact of the collective unconscious on complex, multidimensional intra-personal and relational dynamics.
Foundations and Methods:
Participants acquire advanced skills, balancing structure and intuition in the application of psychosynthesis coaching methodologies to a wide range of professional contexts and settings, anchoring in the Self to guide their clients along a unique evolutionary path.
The training integrates psychosynthesis principles and psychospiritual methodologies with the ICF and EMCC core competencies, promoting a pragmatic, ethical and evidence-based approach to coaching.
Supervision and professional support:
Professional supervision sessions, led by accredited coach supervisors and experts in Psychosynthesis, ensure informed and high quality practice. Psychological dynamics outside the coaching environment are addressed by psychotherapists specialising in Psychosynthesis and systemic approaches.

Course Engagement
100 hours of Higher Education in Distance Learning format, divided into three levels, over a period of two academic years.

Continuous self-reflection pathway and feedback from accredited supervisors for profound professional and personal growth.
Certification as: Expert Trainer in Psychosynthetic Coaching Methodology - issued by Synthesis Coaching Associates- an ICF-accredited Level 1 and Level 2 Coaching Education Provider, with EMCC EQA Practitioner accreditation in progress.

Structure of the Training:
This Advanced Training Program is divided into three key Dimensions or Stages of Learning:
“How”: technical and methodological mastery.
“Being”: personal/professional development and grounding in the authenticity of the Self.
“Transmitting”: ability to teach and disseminate the psychosynthetic coaching model according to world standards of excellence.
Stage One: The Dimension of the personal self, the I
This first stage focuses on the multi-dimensionality of the psyche within a rigorous context defined by both ICF and EMCC core competencies, providing the insights and solid base needed by future Expert Trainers in Psychosynthetic Coaching Methodology in their path towards self-realization, the essence of Psychosynthesis Coaching. You will learn to use practical tools and sophisticated methodologies to explore and integrate the multiple facets of the individual identity of both coach and client, contextualised in their dynamic reference systems.
You will gain practical experience in taking on the conscious role of guide and mentor, learning how to accompany learners on the journey of integrating their inner dimensions. Through the use of psychosynthetic maps, strategic techniques and maintaining an observer's perspective, you will have the skills to guide learners in developing the ability to deal with internal and relational dynamics with a broad and multidimensional vision.
The call of the Will is central to all this: a force that is oriented towards establishment of authentic and transformative goals rooted in intrinsic values and the self. This approach makes it possible to overcome conflict, satisfy higher needs and promote authentic personal fulfillment.

Stage Two: A Journey Inward- The Prepersonal Dynamics
In this second phase we cover the dynamics of the pre-personal region of the psyche, focusing on how to transform limiting beliefs and defensive, repetitive patterns into opportunities for evolutionary growth. This process involves exploration of the basic drives of the lower unconscious, the integration of awareness and action, and the transformation of limiting beliefs and defensive patterns into assets through the discovery of intrinsic positive intention. You will develop advanced coaching skills to recognise and manage your own inner processes, thereby gaining the experience and expertise to guide this process in your learners and, by extension, their clients. You will learn advanced psychosynthetic coaching techniques with a unique and inclusive approach in line with the internationally recognized, rigorous and effective guidelines of the ICF and EMCC.
The psychosynthetic approach you will learn in this phase integrates awareness of the lower unconscious without anchoring it in the past, transforming it into a resource for ecological and sustainable change. This methodology, unique in the field of coaching, allows the roots of various limiting beliefs to be addressed with a proactive attitude, facilitating a conscious evolutionary process towards self-actualisation, while remaining strictly within the internationally recognized and accepted ethical boundaries of Coaching. This program offers the only currently available combination of a psychosynthetic vision with global credentialing standards, providing a balance between exploring and learning from the past while acting strongly in the present and providing the basis for deeply transformative and highly professional coaching in the future.
Stage Three: The Transpersonal Dimension of Psychosynthetic Coaching
In this third and final stage of your journey, you will immerse yourself in the exploration of the superconscious. Psychosynthesis recognizes and provides the keys to understanding and accessing this, your highest dimension, where the most profound aspirations, the values of Being and the radiant energies of the Self reside in power. You will learn how to recognize and transform the conditioned ego's defenses against transpersonal energies, thereby empowering the conscious enactment of these energies and resulting access to the values of Being. This ability is an essential part of your role as an expert trainer in the methodology of Psychosynthetic Coaching.
You will acquire advanced tools to guide the evolutionary path of your trainees and clients, providing a deep and transpersonal impact. The focus in this phase of the program is on aligning inner resources with the Self and the personal goals of the learner/client, facilitating ecological and sustainable transformation rooted in the ecology of Being.
With a flexible and innovative approach, you will be able to teach sophisticated coaching methodologies that stimulate leadership from the psychosynthetic Self, empowering the Trainer of Trainers, the Self, and inspiring its realisation in your learners and clients.
