Headquartered in Easton, Maryland, Synthesis Coaching Associates has been providing ICF-accredited coach training since 2016 at both Foundation and Masters levels. Our instructors join us from North America, South America, and Europe, depending on where their professional careers find them, and they are 100% online and present during the live, virtual training sessions for our international cohort of students.

With over 30 years of coaching experience, Cris is oriented towards success and hard work, having proven herself at world championship levels in sleddog racing and gone on to attain professional coaching, mentoring, and supervisor certifications. Her focus is on personal and relational wellbeing, helping people to find their own way in life and manifest their life’s purpose, living with dignity, respect, and meaning in accordance with their highest values. Her approach to the development of human potential includes elements ranging from Psychosynthesis, Ecopsychology, Transpersonal Psychology, and Indovedic Psychology to Neuroscience as applied in coaching. In addition to her accreditation as Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the ICF, EMCC, EIA Master Practitioner, coach/mentor Supervisor ESIA, she is a Master PLC and Coach Trainer at SCA, ICF Registered Mentor Coach, L1 and L2 Assessor, Professional Counselor & Coach Supervisor, and holder of Masters level certificates in fields ranging from Indovedic Psychology to state-of-the art applications of Neuroscience in Coaching.

Certified Psychosynthesis Life Coach (PLC), PLC Trainer, Executive Mentor and ICF professional coach, Bill has 30+ years of experience as a C-level executive and mentor in the microelectronics industry. Former President of the European Institute for Printed Circuits (EIPC) and Vice-Chairman of the European Federation for Interconnection & Packaging and currently Distinguished Fellow with the Institute of Circuit Technology (UK), Bill had an early introduction to the engineering world by his great-uncle Buckminster “Bucky” Fuller, studying Fuller’s groundbreaking concept of "tensegrity". Graduating with specialities in oceanographic and microelectronic engineering, after several years in Hawaii, Japan and the United States, Bill accepted the position of Technical Director of an Italian SME, becoming a partner in a subsequent MBO and introducing innovations that contributed to a turnover of over $120 million while developing technologies together with Japanese partners that contributed to the cellular/mobile computing revolution. His experience as a C-level executive has subsequently been applied in coaching and mentoring start-ups in fields as diverse as "digital creative" and "More than Moore". Co-founder and Administrator of Synthesis Coaching Associates and holder of black belts in three martial arts, Bill’s approach to coaching is pragmatic and goals-driven. An active investor, Bill continues to closely monitor emerging technologies and, when not doing that, keeps fit training, and managing a mountainside property in Italy’s Valtellina. He also plays a pretty decent country & western acoustic guitar.

Daniela’s dimension is the journey and she has always been on the road, both in external, “material” life and in the interior life. Starting in 2000 she worked in the field of Human Resources in a corporate environment for 15 years, dealing with selection and training, accompanying people from their recruitment and throughout their development. Thanks to this journey, she faced more and more issues associated with the well-being of the individual within their context, interpersonal relationships and the connection between self and others. At the height of this corporate trajectory she felt the need and the desire to combine everything she had achieved in her professional life with a love for nature, hence the meeting with Ecopsychology. She had specialized in the field of coaching in the corporate environment and succeeded in combining these two life experiences by creating and developing the "Green Coaching" program (currently offered by the Italian school “Ecopsiché”) and the "Verdemeta" brand. Currently she works as a consultant, trainer and executive coach to help people and organizations maximize their potential and find their systemic balance.

With family roots in India, but born and raised in Switzerland, Adarsh manages to combine Swiss precision and Indian spiritual depth in his coaching practice. He has a clear mission in life: The development of human potential through teaching and coaching.
Adarsh recognized his passion for teaching as early as high school when his mother asked him to help her improve her skills in the local language. Since then he has followed his “Call of Self” by helping many students over the last 10 years with building their knowledge in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) and developing their own learning method, creating a positive self-image based on their self-efficacy. Over the years Adarsh felt the need to empower his students not only through technical knowledge which contributes to an understanding of the outer world, but also through Meditation and Life Coaching to help them gain self-awareness and manifest their inner light. In his leisure time Adarsh enjoys practicing endurance sports, fire breathing and exploring new landscapes with his bicycle.

Francesca started her career as a professional translator and gained experience providing administrative assistance for development and food security projects at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
Passionately interested in astrology and ancient mystical disciplines and their applications in working with others, she then embarked on an advanced training journey to become an expert in the helping professions, aiming to enhance and further expand her abilities.
She is trained as a Psychosynthesis Counsellor, Life Coach, and Psychological Astrologer. She then pursued studies in “Psychology of the 7 Rays” which delve into the spiritual aspects of human consciousness.
Since then, her focus has been on personal growth, with particular attention to individuals' spiritual development and to the impact women have on transformationon of their contexts.
Her encounter with the study of Spagyrics- the ancient and powerful herbal alchemy for the production of remedies for self care and healing led to the recent foundation of the Academy of Spagyric Naturopathy in Florence, Italy, where she collaborates in the training of Psychosynthesis and ancient Astrology.
As her personal Act of Will, on the one hand she is now fulfilling the purpose of the Will Project, "left open" by Roberto Assagioli, through teaching students the invaluable meaning of a systemic approach to the art of caring: the principle of "as above, so below".
And on the other, by coaching clients to resonate with the potential of the Cosmos in accordance with the multiple colours of their transpersonal Self, empowering them in the process of better serving others in life.
Francesca particularly enjoys staying quietly in Mother Nature, singing and dancing. She's been a Flamenco and Tango dancer, and loves delicious food.

Roberto has devoted his professional life to working with others. Recognizing the need for understanding and psychological expertise in the creation and activities of workgroups during an initial period of work in a telecommunications multinational, he has devoted himself to psychology as a profession since 2006. In 2012 he acquired specialization as a psychotherapist, graduating from the European Institute of Systemic-relational Therapies (EIST) in Milan. Since then his focus has been on individual, couple and family therapies, collaborating with professional associations in Northern Italy. His first interest is contributing to the spread of a culture of psychology that helps individuals to find their own well-being and contribute to a fluid sociality. Among his passions he enjoys and writes fantasty novels and enjoys and plays hard-rock music.
