As the only PLC training institute accredited as an ICF Level 1 and Level 2 Coaching Education Provider, this novel integration of the 7 Key Concepts of Psychosynthesis with the ICF’s 8 Core Competencies developed over almost a decade of training provides an innovative and powerful educational experience for our students and a unique reference frame for any coach who comes to us for mentoring and/or supervision.

There are numerous offerings out there for mentoring services, yet only one combines a robust PSY background with ICF MCC-level mentoring. The value of our approach lies in the skillful integration of ICF Assessments and PSY Self-Realization throughout all levels of accreditation or credentialing.

At SCA we provide integrated mentoring at ACC, PCC and MCC Levels both as part of our  L1 and L2 program offerings or as a service for external coaches. We also provide accredited Systemic Coaching Supervision, again within a framework of Psychosynthesis.
